Your Truwth score (300–900) is calculated from your order history across all Truwth merchants:
- Delivery rate — What % of your orders you accepted (biggest factor)
- RTO rate — How often orders returned to the merchant
- Payment mode — Prepaid orders are rewarded with a higher score
- Return rate — Legitimate returns have a smaller impact
- Cancellation rate — Orders you cancelled before dispatch
New buyers start with a score of 600 (Good tier). Every order updates your score in real-time.
